This is the house we are buying. We put an offer in on it last night and today the seller’s realtor called and made a counter offer (for the same price, but with the seller paying less in closing costs and including their fridge for free!!) We signed the papers this afternoon! We are just so excited! A little nervous, too, but overall we’re just really happy that we finally found a house we both like.
